language other than English. The city is growing rapidly, and the GVRD
population is projected to reach 2.6 million by 2020.

Canada after Toronto. Vancouver tied with Vienna as having the third

The 2010 Winter Olympics will be held in Vancouver and nearby

the Gondola to the top of Grouse Mountain
- Visit
the Capilano Suspension Bridge
- Fish
for Salmon or Halibut from downtown Vancouver
- Kayak
in the local rivers or the local ocean
